The HVAC Nurse LLC ("we") operates the HVAC Diagnostics mobile application (the "App"). This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

• Account info: name and email when you register or are invited.
• Diagnostics: symptoms, readings, equipment photos and AI-generated results.
• Clients & contacts: names, phones, emails and addresses you enter.
• Invoices & reports: billing data you create and save.
• Payments & subscription: your subscription status and plan are stored to manage access. Card data is processed directly by our payment provider (Wix Payments); we do not store card information.

We do not collect location data or perform advertising tracking.

2. How We Use Data

We use the data to provide AI-assisted diagnostics, generate reports and invoices, and manage your team and clients. Each technician only accesses the data they create themselves.

3. AI Processing

Diagnostic suggestions are generated by AI from your inputs. They do not replace professional judgment or manufacturer documentation. Always verify with field tests.

4. Third Parties & Infrastructure

The App is hosted on Base44 and Wix infrastructure. Storage and authentication are handled by these providers under their own policies. We do not sell your data.

5. Security & Retention

Data is isolated per user and retained while you use the App. You may request deletion at any time. Data is transmitted using encryption (HTTPS/TLS) in transit and stored on secure infrastructure.
